Admittedly, we were apprehensive given past bad experiences with other service providers. We were pleasantly surprised, however, by the punctuality, professionalism, and patience of Armando, Alex and the whole Smith & Ramirez team! Multiple consultations were held to ensure we had a full and complete understanding of everything entailed in the process prior to beginning. Though we had myriad questions throughout, Alex and Armando were always patient and eager to help. The crew were punctual and cleaned up at the end of every day, including a thorough search and collection of all stray nails that had fallen. Alex and Armando also provided copious photos of each stage of the process and helped coordinate insurance claims. "Mr. Danny came in and evaluated the damage on our roof. He was very clear and professional in explaining the steps and how the whole process worked. We agreed and he then came in a day later w moth his team of very professional and nice guys. They worked full days and finished the job within the time that was suggested, they also cleaned up (which was a worry of ours) after the completed their work. Our house looks great! He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"They did a great job of cleaning the roof and applying the Gaco. They found some wet spots in the foam, cut it away and repaired the areas at no extra charge. They had done stucco work for me before and did a great job. In the future, I will call them again for roofing or stucco work. They do good quality work and are the best contractor to use for this kind of work. The reason I gave them a B rating rather than an A for the overall work, is because they could have done a better job of cleaning up and following up on details. For example, we agreed they would have our satellite TV working at the end of everyday when they had to move the dish to work under it. I had to call after the workers had left and had them come back to fix the dish. I had to call them several times to come back to clean up. They were always good about coming back, but I should not of had to call them. The foreman and project manager should of had the crew do these tasks without me pointing them out to them. Overall I was happy with the work and would hire them again."
