"The shutters are excellent in terms of quality, installation, etc. We also loved the fact that are made in Krum TX! We like to support local businesses whenever we can. The only ding I would give is that it fell to me to check on when the shutters would be ready, and when installation would take place. When I called to check, the young woman told me what date they would be installed which was a date they selected without any input from me. Fortunately it worked out but it was a little frustrating. Otherwise, the installers did a great job and I love my shutters. I would definitely hire them again when I'm ready to do more!"

"Used them at the recommendation of a friend, to install gutters for two story house. Gutters Worked however when it rained heavy, my flowerbeds got completely flooded due to where the downspout was installed. I called and sent photos to see if maybe I needed additional downspouts installed or relocated to divert the water elsewhere away from my foundation and never got a call back from them. On two separate occasions. Then come to find out from the person who referred them, they responded to him in recent days and continued to do work for him. I guess I will not be using them for further projects if they don’t even respond about the projects they completed. I guess since it’s a small job, maybe it wasn’t worth their time."

But it was actually a great experience since we believe we got the right people for the job. Repairs we wanted done were to repair major termite damage in garage/kitchen area to the drywall and replace damaged studs and remove all popcorn ceiling in home and re-texture the ceilings. We definitely trusted him and his crew to complete the job to the best of their ability. My husband and I were just so impressed. He even did a few extra things that were not asked to be done. But hey? No complaining here! You would be too if you can only see the before and after photos of their work! I HIGHLY recommend Repair Pro's to anyone because you will be pleased!"
