We went through several versions of the work order, as more damage was uncovered, and Elbert always talked us through the changes. After being less than impressed by vanities at Lowe's and Home Depot, Elbert suggested a custom-made vanity and mirror solution that looks fantastic and didn't cost any more than the big box products. Also, we were able to adjust the estimate to fit within our budget, which was helpful. The workers were quick and caused minimal disruption in the house. And, at the end of the project, AHC sent through a cleaning person to get rid of all traces of construction dust and contractor footprints.
