My project was to remove an existing deck and screen room, repair water damage caused by the old structure, and build a replacement composite deck with screen room beneath. He was punctual, polite, offered ideas, and very clean. My driveway and screen room are probably cleaner now than when he first arrived. As the project was worked on he didn't hesitate to ask for my preference on things that would pop up. He also installed a flat roof, installed roofing on the rest of the house, replaced cedar shingles, and did some other carpentry. It is a pleasure to work with Mr. McCann. He is trustworthy and is an excellent communicator and meets deadlines. I particularly value his directness and honesty in assessing the best approach to the work at hand and telling me what needs to be done immediately and what can be done later ( I have an older house).
