When they were replacing it I was informed and shown pictures of how bad the damage was. The roof has extensive rot in many areas. All Under went above and beyond and cut out all the old rot and replaced. They went into great detail to show me the rot and how it was leaking for years, but not into the interior of the house. I am so happy at how it came out and will recommend All Under One Roof to all my friends."

"NMTI (who we hired as Tru Blue Construction Inc) were superlative. Juan and Ramon were excellent communicators, answering all of our questions in a timely, professional, and endlessly patient fashion. Our project was a big one - our self-managed condo building had a severely leaky roof that needed a full replacement, including redoing a roof deck - and I imagine we were not the easiest clients since we had tons of questions and a lot of "cooks in the kitchen" with different owners and condo trustees weighing in. Juan and Ramon took it all in stride and were incredibly helpful for me in my role as project coordinator. Their team was clean, efficient, effective, respectful, and friendly. They worked both quickly and thoroughly, and were good to always keep me updated as the scope of the work evolved as we found new (but not unexpected or spurious) issues during the demo/rebuild process. "I had an excellent experience with RB Farina's work replacing old wooden gutters and old wooden fascia and soffits with new aluminum gutters and PVC soffit, fascia, and molding on my small house. I must have caught things at a good time, in late winter, because it was just 8 days between my posting my job description on Angies List, and the dumpster leaving my driveway after the work was completed. The original bid was completed at the original price, with some extras (significant touchup painting, and a quick repair on the 2nd story shutter of my neighbor who was kind enough to let us use her yard for ladders) done with no upcharge. I did not seek multiple bids so I cannot say whether the price was high or low; I counted on the fact that the bidder could expect competition. Weather was good for working and we had no ugly surprises from my very old house, so the work went pretty smoothly. I had the pleasant experience of finding that for each of the materials and methods that I either knew about or researched, in every case the Farina team was using top quality. They are good about communication: calls to the office, or by cellphone to the estimator, always were answered live or resulted in callback in a few minutes. The onsite crew was polite, responsive, and very professional. (They also looked like they were enjoying their work, which is always a good sign). The office was very proactive: the written bid arrived quickly, and every check I wrote resulted in an emailed invoice/receipt within a couple hours. For this they are using a platform called HouseCallPro, which automates the workflow considerably. (Why shouldn't buying this kind of services get as good a workflow and email trail as, say, ordering a toaster on the Internet?) . I worked hard to make the jobsite easy to work in (moved stuff away from the house, took down my window screens before they came, ran a wire out the window to provide 20amp electric power, provided a map of where the electricity and water are on outside of house, provided outside access to a bathroom), and the crew was appreciative. Day 1 was demolition, Day 2 was carpentry, Day 3 and 4 were gutter hanging, sealing, and painting. Once they got the gutters up and sealed, they ran the hose into the gutter to check for leaks and flow before they did their final cleanup and left. After watching how they did this work and what materials they used, I have pretty high confidence that their work will last a long time,. I plan to sign up for their annual gutter/roof/chimney maintenance program so that my gutters get cleaned and somebody I trust looks at my roof."

"The project was quoted to completion for one price and the price changed once the job was finishing. He said his visit to see the site and the pictures to back it up was enough to commit to the price, but once doing the job they were short and needed more material. So, they added to our invoice. Not shady, but we were considering a more expensive treatment and this additional cost brought us closer to the higher option were about to choose. I wonder if it ended up being the better choice or not."

"I had a major water flood disaster in my kitchen [punctured ice-maker-hose] that destroyed my hardwood floor and leaked through to the ceiling below damaging the ceiling, walls, backsplash, and countertops to my second kitchen below. The insurance company sent a recovery crew to dry out the floor, ceiling and walls; mold had set-in due to the hot & humid July 2022 temperatures. My insurance company recommended I continue with the recovery company to have my property restored but they were booked 6 weeks-out! I have a frail elderly mother that lives with me, I needed my kitchen back ASAP. John Ryan Construction came highly recommended by a friend. John personally came out to assess the work and by weeks end his crew was working on restoring my kitchen(s). John's crew found mold on the backs of the cabinets that the recovery company missed. His crew used Micro-band to clear the mold from the back of the cabinets. My kitchens are fairly new, 2018 & 2020. However, John's crew found several short-cuts in the installation of my kitchens that his crew corrected. John has a complete crew of highly skilled professionals: carpentry, electrical, flooring, granite-counter-install, plasterers, tile-work... I was blown away by his crew! They worked efficiently and conscientiously to complete the job, showing up on time and cleaning up at the end of each day. My kitchens are restored to better than what they were before the flood! John Ryan Construction was able to work with the budget set by my insurance company's claim. In 3-weeks-time John's crew had my kitchens back to new...I am so grateful to John and his crew!"
