Juan called back so quickly, met me at the house to give me a quote at the agreed time and scheduled it within a few days. When there was bad weather and he had to reschedule for the next Monday, he called me and then showed up promptly. Two other tree guys never called me back and two others called to say they were too busy/far away - which I appreciated. Edwin and crew were very professional at the site.
