"The staff that came and removed our exisitng fireplaces were on time and punctual. The entire crew were courteous and paid great attention to detail. Ordering our new fireplace did not go as smoothly, after two trips to the shop to pick out the new model we decided on what we wanted. The unit was supposed to be ordered so we scheduled, plumbers, electricians and cabinet makers alll around the date they provided for delivery. The day after it was supposed to be installed we were told that the unit had not been ordered (after we had called the week prior to confirm the delivery date). So after another week waiting the unit was finally delivered after we lost our place in line with the cabinet makers. Again the installers were top notch, they went well above the call of duty to ensure everything went well. Knowing that I am particular about appearances they did an awesome job ensureing the best possible installation. They even custom made a new chimney top so the new flue would be centered in the exisitng chimney. <br />"
