"Estimate was performed with 24 hrs of initial contact. Pricing was given the next day. Set day for the install. Installation was performed according to estimate.  Technician installing was pleasant, professional and punctual.   Haul away of old and clean up were completed to my satisfaction. <br /> The only negative  that I could possibly say was that I assumed it would be more than a 1 man installation team.  I felt like it took a bit longer than necessary because of this. <br /> I had used Peters prior for repair to the old furnace and was pleased with the work. "I submitted the request online and was contacted very soon afterwards. Greg came out and to give me an estimate on what he could do and how much it was going to cost. We had just bought the house and I wanted to make sure the carpet was thoroughly cleaned before we moved in. Greg did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpet. All the places I didn't think would come out, he got with no problems at all. He saw that we were replacing the flooring in other parts of the house and explained that Stanley Steemer also provided flooring sales and installation. "They have been amazing. Their services have been invaluable. It's been super professional. It was a bigger job than they had expected, but they stuck true to their quote, which was really impressive. They did a really neat job. We had been told that it couldn’t even be done without putting holes in the wall. They came in and said no. They said that we have an unfinished attic and an unfinished basement, and that they can totally do it. I think other people were going to charge me three or four times as much. Jason, the owner was even honest with me and said that sometimes they tend to gauge people on that. I found that out. Over seven years of trying to find an electrician, this is the first one that I haven’t had to call other people. I had yet to find any electricians until this one that actually knew what they were doing. In fact, he is still finishing up some stuff. The vent cleaning that they did was great. It only took one person to clean vents. Across the street, they had three trucks and they paid a fortune. I have had Tri-Vesta Services clean vents for numerous people that I know, and everyone has been so pleased. They went above and beyond every time. It's like my life has changed. I moved into this house, and I don’t dread now when something's not right because it gets taken care of. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future. Even if there's something random. My daughter didn’t have a hole in a doll bed; it came without a hole. He just drilled it for her. It's just little extras that count. They are just awesome."
