"We are very pleased with our experience with this company. They did a wonderful job installing new floors in our home. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable, always willing to guide customer towards the right direction. When we started shopping for wood floors, we did not know what we wanted. We researched online to see the difference between the type of wood floors and visited different stores. What I liked about Martinez was that the owner took the time to explain us in detail the difference between engineered and solid hardwood floors, gave us the space to deliberate which one we wanted, and didn't push for the sale. We ended up choosing a solid oak floor. Beautiful material and for a great price. It took about a week to get the wood and then acclimate it for a another week, I think. When it was ready, they began the installation, which included a staircase as well. They are very honest and respectful people. You can talk to the owner about your worries and we would answer you as soon as I can. They started installing the floor and worked fast, clean, and organized. When it comes to payment, they required a deposit to buy all the materials, (wood has to be paid in total) to order it, and when they are finished, you revise and approve the job to pay the rest. We are very meticulous when it comes to everything, I can recommend this company. The floors turned out beautiful, after the installation we decided to stain it to change the color, great decision. Oh boy our wood floors look amazing. I am rating this company 5 stars because there's no 10. Highly recommended folks"

"On time and did professional installation"

"Dont think BOOK! You will not be disappointed! I was really impressed at how responsive, professional, and the quality of work put into this project. The team did an amazing job and very reasonably priced. I 100% will be recommending & booking again for my next flooring project!"

"I had to find a reliable, trustworthy service person to repair major floor damage in my elderly mom’s bathroom (sub-floor had to be replaced, new flooring and vanity installed) in her home due to a deteriorated wax toilet seal. I found that person in Dean. Not only was he very experienced, he was professional, an expert in his craft and made my mom’s old bathroom look like new. He kept my sisters informed of the process till completion and my mom was so happy with the new flooring and vanity that was installed in less than 2 days. We will definitely keep DVS flooring on speed-dial as he was a god send. And we have additional repair projects for my mom’s home in the coming months that I will be using DVS Flooring to complete. I have attached some before and after pictures of his good work."

"I needed a quick turnaround job done to repair flooding in my condo, and Ivan came through! My flooring, baseboards, and bottom of the cabinets all had to be replaced due to water damage. I had renters that were coming in a week, and they were able to get everything replaced. The renter commented on how nice everything looks. This was a quick job that was done exceptionally. Ivan was great to work with, and kept me updated on the job throughout. I would definitely recommend Master Floors and Granite to anyone looking for repairs or remodeling."
