I loved Elle?s design suggestions and everything turned out as I had envisioned. What I think is important is how the team handled hick-ups with vendors, things outside their control. Because those things happen in a project, and they were able to switch gears, move in other directions, multi task in ways that you?d never have known there was a vendor delay or issue. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I regret using this company for the following reasons: 1. No contract signing. They only send quotes they add charges without discussing it prior. 2. Charged me for work they did not complete. I paid in full even though they never finished painting my kitchen, never squared my bathroom shelves, left gaps and holes. 3. They charged me for ?installing? my dishwasher yet they never anchored it, all they did was move it to the desired location, then they asked for more money to move the outlet which was unnecessary. 4. Said jobs would be an easy fix then spent weeks with no progress because they have to ?figure it out?. 5. Spoke to Maurice, he promised all work would be completed before the holidays (this is after two months of work), then NEVER COMES BACK. He legitimately asked for money, I paid, and he NEVER SHOWED up again. 6. Didn?t finish kitchen cabinets, painting kitchen, doors, bathroom shelves, left the whole place a mess. "

"This job was a total replacement of the front of my home due to hurricane/water damage. Jay was very responsive and helpful as I was dealing with my insurance company. He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion. I definitely recommend Jay and Extreme Construction Group."

We hired Stefanie Goldstein (Goldfox Interiors) to do the design, select the contractors and effect progress payments as and when required. Also did the post construction furniture selection and sourcing. Stefanie was a pleasure to deal with. Good listener, great taste and extremely responsive. Kept us updated as to progress.
