"Contacted and contracted with East Coast Windows And Doors to replace all my windows and a door. Work was done as scheduled and completed. I have since noticed that the door was not installed properly. I have contacted them numerous times to fix the door, they will not even call you back. So if you have them do your job and pay them, DO NOT expect them to return for any repairs!!! Their customer service is non existent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!"

"Terrible company. NOT RECOMMENDED. Our home was built in Jan 2025, and we had windows/doors installed in Feb 2026. From the start, it was a mess. They missed the first appointment (9?11 am) with no notice and only called at 5 pm to cancel. After rescheduling, they showed up and handled everything carelessly?damaged blinds hardware and broke drywall removing the front door. Inspection day was another failure?they never scheduled it with the county, and no one told us. We waited for nothing again. After installation, screws were left exposed and molding was never installed. I sent photos?no fix. They pushed me to sign so they could get paid ($20K+), promising to finish later. I signed?they never came back. Customer service is terrible?no follow-ups, no accountability. DO NOT SIGN until 100% complete. Terrible company. NOT RECOMMENDED. "

"We highly recommend House Doctors of Columbia. Very high quality work at a truly good price. We are pleased. Chris did a superior job on the carpentry of our front door. He had to "stick build" the framing and the end product was absolutely AWESOME. Loved his creative solution on this difficult task. We got our quote quickly (the office manager was responsive & easy to work with). We plan on hiring House Doctors to install new shutters and several more jobs. They do great work."

They took down and replaced blinds and window treatment after they installed the window windows moved furniture as needed and were very professional. I highly recommend them."
