"I am very happy with my overall experience and metal roof installation from Shield Exteriors. The roofing materials were delivered around 6 am and the installers were on-site and ready to begin install at 8 am. Exactly as I had been told from the sales rep. I had to work that day and by the time I got off my roof was installed. They did a great job cleaning up after as well. The evening after my roof was installed, we experienced a several days of very heavy rain. My new roof has not leaked at all and looks great! Very happy with my investment!"

"They were excellent. They arrived early in the morning, tore off the old roof, made repairs to some of the boards on the roof and did excellent prep for the shingles. They had five or six men working, who were all considerate, and a couple of them continued to clean up between different stages of the job. The owner of the company was there the whole day and provided oversite and was very approachable for my questions. They installed a third static vent in my roof free of charge, and I noticed that my second floor seemed cooler that night. They straightened my gutters and did top quality work from start to finish. Robert is consummate professional - paying close attention to details, concerns & hands on examination of roof. I was impressed w/ his questions re. History of roof repairs & past issues taking in whole picture of status of roof. As long time home owners of older homes we realize the value of maintenance for prevention & repairs as needed for long term stability of a home as well as lowering risk for problems later on . "Old Fort Roofing was fantastic from start to finish. Time and care was taken to ensure we understood what would be happening and why and how. When it came time to remove the old roof and install the new, the old roof and gutters were removed and the new roof installed in one day. The gutters were replaced with new within a week. There was one instance where the siding was damaged, but that was easily replaced and looks fantastic. Scott realized that the color we had originally chosen for the roof was not what was installed. Scott surprised us with confirmation that the wrong color roof had been installed. He was incredibly apologetic and offered a couple of solutions. We were happy to keep the roof as it was installed and Scott gave us a discount due to the mistake. Overall, Old Fort Roofing ensured our interaction with them and our roof replacement was as effortless as possible. They are an amazing company with wonderful customer service!
