"As an association board member, I was looking for a licensed and insured handyman, who would be available when we needed repairs for our 4 floor, 30-unit building. They needed to be responsible and experienced in a multitude of jobs. I also needed someone who would also be available for a unit owner if needed. He redid my master bath, took out the old whirlpool tub, removed the old tile floor and replaced all the wallboard. From electrical to plumbing to retiling the tub area and the floor, I am in love with my new bathroom. I cannot express the trust and respect I have for his character and integrity. Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."
