"The water heater was an emergency replacement.  Very quick response; were there on a Saturday morning with a new water heater.  We then had them install two new toilets.  Again no problems; very responsive.  Hired them to remodel both baths in house.  The first was a complete re-do of the half bath, adding a shower.  This entailed reconfiguring the laundry room.  They had to remove the walls between the bathroom and the laundry room, dig up the slab to move the drain line, and replumb the washer and install the shower and new sink drains.  This took longer than expected, mostly because it was a bigger undertaking than anticipated.  We asked them to see if they could solve our problem with low water pressure.  When they installed the shower plumbing, they found the water supply was pinched- solving twenty years of bad water pressure! This project took longer than anticipated, but the results were worth it.  We had the main bath remodeled also, removing all the old tile and tub and installing a walk in shower, new fixtures and cabinets.  We had all the inspections done, both plumbing and electrical, and there were no problems.  They were easy to work with and there were no surprises.  They told us each day what they were going to accomplish and gave us a heads up when they were going to turn off the water.  They were pleasant and friendly and we would hire them again! <br />"

"We called on Logan to replace our aging, 26-year-old furnace and AC given we were completely satisfied with Logan performance at other property 2 years ago. So, I asked if Craig could, once again, come to our house to go through options and estimate. Once we agreed on the Trane system and capacity based on his rationale (and cost of course), I asked if The Dave's (father & son team) could perform the installation given they installed the Trane HVAC system at our other property. We can't be more satisfied with the installation done in less than a day and especially given the challenge of working in the basement and routing the high-efficiency flue venting to an outside wall. We also received a little on-the-job training to operate the thermostat. Not rocket science, but thermostats do tend to be more sophisticated these days. In addition, Logan took care of all the paperwork associated with DP&L and Vectren rebates programs; we already received the checks. We highly recommend Logan A/C & Heat Services if you need HVAC repair or replacement."
