He saved me some money by pointing out that one of the sinks only required cleanout of the initial sink pipe, and he was able to clear the other sink with the snake. He did a great job cleaning up after the work. I’m pretty particular, and I would highly recommend John and Plumb Tite."

"We just had had to have a new furnace put in because of course when it was very cold ours went out. We called Logan and they came out the next day. Ryan was very nice he walked me through everything we would get how it worked and how much it would cost. Once we decided on what we wanted they fit us in right away. Kyle Q and Hakim were at our house all day and finished in 1 day. They were very nice cleaned up everything and the Kyle went through everything with us to make sure we understood everything! "They were able to come out quickly to assess the issue, then schedule the work. The work was performed quickly, but they did have to come back and fix the drainage issue, as they had set the drain as one of the high spots in the basement, not the lowest. So, while it works, it looks odd and I’ve got a drainage tube in a weird spot."
