"Kyle, Ryan, and Evan did a fantastic job when replacing a gas hot water heater. They were knowledgeable, diligent, and honest in their estimate and their work performance. They also replaced the old, rusty parts of the plumbing stack in the basement, which had evidence of prior leaking, and they added a new washing machine drain stand pipe. They also found a leak in one of the pipes in the wall between the bathroom and the kitchen, and they replaced the leaking part, which had the added benefit of making the bathroom drain and the kitchen drain flow better. The builder grade light fixtures over the bathtub in the hall bathroom and over the shower in the master bathroom had a spring mechanism to hold them in place that broke in a house that is just 7 yrs. old. They were replaced with light fixtures that are now LED white light. (We were given the choice of yellow or bright, white.) They are flush mounted and the old ones were not completely flush. 2) During the construction of our home, which was completed in March 2012, the siding was placed over the hall bathroom fan vent. Unfortunately, the opening for the vent was never exposed. Additionally, the vent cover was not able to be freed from the siding. So, they were able to cut a hole next to it in the siding, move the 3" pipe, and install the cover. I had already arranged with Liam that we would supply the cover because we wanted to make sure that it had the grating to keep the Starlings out. (They are notorious in this neighborhood for getting into every cavity that they can.) We are very pleased with all of the work that was completed and highly recommend Liam and Mark."

They did everything they could to keep the price of the repair down, including calling the furnace manufacturer to see if some of the parts were covered by warranty. Then they were willing to work with me when it ended up costing a bit more than I expected (something that was out of their control.) They lent me a few heaters to put in my kids' rooms overnight since the parts place had closed for the day by the time they knew what they needed. The level of care I received from this company was incredible - not something I expected at all. I'm really happy to have worked with them, and I most definitely will be giving them my business in the future!"
