"I thought he was excellent. It was a unique situation where the vent used to be exposed on the outside but due to to other construction work we had the vent had come apart from the inside. It was a difficult situation. We were wondering if we had to reroute it. He was very honest with me. In the end we went with the simplest and most direct repair which didn't cost much at all. He was very helpful and informative with what he was doing and explaining why he did what he had to do. He went ahead and did it right on the spot and was finished within the hour. Very good job."

"Frisby did a great job on my new roof installation. I contacted them and filled out the contract online, then a few days later had a phone conference to go over the contract and ask questions. We were put on their schedule and informed it would be about four weeks, which was fine. I regularly received e-mail updates as to our start date. Within 2 weeks I received a call that the materials would be delivered the following Tuesday and the work would start on Wednesday [weather permitting]. The crew arrived at 7:00 am, unloaded their tools and went straight to work. The work included removing an old unused fireplace insert stack and 2 wind turbine vents before the new shingles were installed. The holes were boarded up so the roof had a solid surface. They completed the installation in one day, and other than a few minor details which are being resolved, they did a great job. They cleaned up my yard of debris and nails before leaving. The ladies in the office were a pleasure to work with, the pre-work inspectors were very knowledgeable, the crew was professional and hard-working, and the post-work inspector was very receptive to my observations and questions. All in all, I would highly recommend Frisby for any roofing work you may need !"
