"Gerry was very responsive. Made an appointment quickly, discussed the state of the roof in detail, and explained what needed to be done well. The price was also very competitive. After removing the old shingles, his men discovered that several boards had rotted and that a couple of rafters needed replacing. All that was taken care of--supervised by Gerry himself--for a tiny extra charge (20 dollars). The roof was replaced in one long day. Cleanup was good.
