He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. In addition, he gave me the advice on what to do with the sewer line and I thought that was nice of him to do that."

I’m just mentioning it again as I sold that condo and a big factor for getting it sold were the beautiful baths. I asked Eric to install shelves to convert to an additional pantry. As usual he was very detailed and particular as how to complete. We discussed wood vs wire shelves and Eric gave me the pros and cons. Once we decided upon wood shelves Eric was frustrated in finding good wood to install. I so appreciate that he was particular in making sure I had proper and long lasting shelving. He was able to add side shelves that I never contemplated, taking full advantage of the space. They are so awesome. His in-depth knowledge and expertise of home maintenance and remodel never ceases to surprise me. He’s very thorough and particular with the materials and brands he chooses as well as being picky with his own work and in turn that is gratifying to know a job is well done and lasting. Great experience. Dan and his wife Tania came out to give me the estimate on the window work. While here, I asked  about the concrete work and was told Adam ( the son) could also do that type of work. I went with the company for both repairs.
Dan and Adam came at the agreed time, did both repairs. Also, great clean-up, only evidence of their being here is the good looking work!
