"Professional salesperson.   Installer was professional.  Installation went well.   Only issue was once the (supplied by me) lockset was installed the keys were no where to be found.   Installer looked through all the trash from door packing.  I had never checked the box (bought at Lowes) for key.   He ended up removing lock & taking to local locksmith to have keys made.   All this was done at no charge to me.   Still now sure if he lost key or it was never in the box, but they took responsibility & initiative in resolving the problem."
