This was a historic home and they were very respectful in maintaining its historic nature. John was very good and timely in communicating issues they found…needed new wood, etc. Cleanup was excellent and the new roof looks great."

"We contacted Trevon and he got back to us in a timely manner to discuss our options. We took a couple of days to decide on the color. We then met with Trevon to go over and sign a contract. The contract covered details of cost, including labor and material plus warranty agreement. Price quoted is what we paid. Workers were punctual and worked steadily. They took a reasonable time for lunch break. They were very polite and seemed to be conscientious about their work performance. Trevon did keep an eye on them. He did leave out a couple of times but came back in a timely manner to oversee what was going on. They had a magnet roller that collected most of the nails that were in the yard. They did a real good job of covering the area around the house where the old shingles were going to fall. They cleaned up after themselves each evening. The job took a good two days to complete."

"The electrical was already there. They hooked up everything. They took out the old unit and they put in a new unit. It was just a great experience. We were very happy with the product they installed and have had no problems. It went really well. It took them like a day. I had compared prices with other companies. They left the service area clean, I didn't even know they were there. What exceeded my expectations was their customer service. Agent Rolando was really available and proactive about communicating, it exceeded my expectations. The company did the job. They were on time. I have no complaints. Their products, the A/C and heater have worked better than even our brand new unit when we bought the house."

Later that day their electrical crew connected my panels to my existing electrical panel. Everyone whom I've dealt with with this company has been helpful and knowledgeable.  Everything was clean, complete and I'm happy with the job.

"We had them put new shingles on the roof several years ago. The only problem we had that time was the amount of nails left on the roof and the ground. We could expect some, but this was excessive. They used tarps and magnets but there were still many we found with our own magnets and stuck in our shoes. More recently we needed the edge of our roof repaired after a hurricane. The facia board they used was cedar and didn’t match the thickness of what it was butted up to. Cedar is a better wood but I’m glad it is on the back side of our house. Overall, the work done was very good, just those couple complaints."

"Very well. Please look at my first review. This is a follow up review to tell you that we had a slight paint issue. Lechler's came out the next day, replaced the splash guard that he had installed because the correctly colored item hadn't arrived at the time of the initial installation. Not the only did he replace the part, he blew off leaves from he entire roof at no charge! We have received positive comments from our neighbors on how well they look. I've encouraged them to use Lechler gutters for their homes, too."
