Knowledgeable communicating options and solutions as well as the why. Initially selected William because out of three estimators he was only one to provide an itemized estimate which helped greatly to understand cost. Read that initially as a clue to how install would go and his consideration of us. Proved true. For any changes he asked for approval before proceeding. His crew was great as well.
