John is on the job and is in constant communication with you about the progress. The job was not rushed. You can tell they have passion for their craft and treat each job with care. A lot of attention to details, both big and small. John will talk you through options to any unforeseen issue. He kept his original quoted price and didn't ask for more money to repair unexpected rot and/or additional labor time. John's recommendation for a mason for stone work on the porch was great. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started.
