The team was enthusiastic to make the most of a day’s work and simply did a spectacular job with our project. When it came time for the installation of the iron railings, imagine our surprise when the scroll pattern on the railing was matched to the existing pattern on the storm door - a delightful surprise and reminder of the attention to detail for Eddie and his team. Truth be told, we added on 2 additional projects as we needed help with a small scale cement work project on the sidewalk AND had the foundation of the house repaired, scraped and coated with a waterproof barrier. "We worked with Sunny (Liberty NY Construction) on a large project, and are very pleased with the result! We had the house and chimney tuck pointed with tinted mortar, patched some missing brick from previous work, replaced front and back stairs, and repaired the paver patio. The process took 7 work days over the course of 2 weeks. The house was power washed with special cleaners, and looks like new! For a 75 year old house, we could not hope for more! Sunny was on site every day to make sure we were happy with the progress and to make sure his team had clear expectations. The final days clean up was very well done, and included hosing down the flat surfaces, not just sweeping. Could not recommend them more!"
