"The job went extremely well. The installation was difficult due to the fact that the fence ran down a fairly steep slope between the two properties and had to contend with many trees. The old fence, which sat precisely on the property line, had been consumed by several trees over the years. Obviously, the new fence had to respect the property line while accommodating the now much larger trees. <br /> Both the designer and the installer ungrudgingly spent as much time as was needed for the neighbor and I to settle on an acceptable design between us and assisted us in resolving the inevitable issues that arise. In addition, the installer was very professional and cheerfully made adjustments to the project while the work was ongoing. <br /> The final result was a beautifully installed, custom-designed fence between our two properties. By 'custom-designed' I mean that while we had purchased a standard, commercial fence, it was clearly apparent that the installation had been specifically engineered to accommodate our unique layout and constraints. <br /> The only hiccup was that while we knew the installation would require two days, we thought the two days would be adjacent. Instead, the two installation days were separated by three days of inactivity. While this, in and of itself, is not an issue, we felt that the schedule could have been better communicated. <br /> Irrespective of the above hiccup, both the neighbor and I feel that Orange Fence is a good company and we highly recommend them. "Ron and Dawn came the same day we called them and listened to what we had to say. <br /> They investigated the issue and came up with a plan. <br /> They installed several baited animal traps the first day to get the animal out of the attic. <br /> They came back the next morning and went into the attic to verify that the animal was no longer there. <br /> Ron installed a temporary closure over the opening to further assure the animal was no longer in the attic. <br /> He came back several days later and verified the animal was no longer there by verifying the temporary closure was not disrupted. <br /> He then closed the opening by installing wire fencing and re-installing the soffit. <br /> This job required several trips to my house to complete. <br /> They were very professional and pleasant to work with. <br /> The price was very good for the amount of work they did. <br /> I highly recommend this provider. <br />"

"Fence companies on Long Island are dime a dozen. Naturally, each of them has a pitch of why they are better or different than the others. So homeowners, like myself, would need to do due diligence to pick the right (perfect) one that fits their need, when it comes to cost, quality, and service. After I interviewed about 10 companies in 5 months and I'm glad to have picked Liberty Fence for my 6' PVC privacy fence and aluminum gate. Here's the reason why: 1) Quality - I learned quite a bit about fence quality after doing some research. Liberty Fence manufactures their own fence using the highest quality pure virgin vinyl. Other companies that provide lower cost tend to have below par materials that are usually recycled. This will cause longevity issues in performance with the fence including discoloration, cracking, etc. Liberty Fence provides double virgin heavy duty materials to their direct customers. So from a buyer's perspective, this was a no brainer for me! (Tip: Check-out their YouTube page) 2) Cost - I believe the old adage that 'you get what you pay for'. After learning the 'average' cost of the work that I need, Liberty Fence was not the cheapest nor the most expensive - they were average in cost, but competitive as well. This made the difference to me. 3) Service - I was impressed even starting with Dennis the salesperson all the way to the gentleman who came back to make some adjustments (weeks after the installation). People usually buy from people because they 'like' or trust them. In my experience, the guys at Liberty Fence - sales, installers, owner including store support, have been top notch. Anthony, the owner, has been terrific to me. He provided great communications, extremely responsive and always gave the right solutions! He managed my expectations properly and delivered as promised. The installation was delivered and completed on time. I requested for some adjustments after the fence settled-in, they came back and fixed with no issues. The installers were very friendly and professional. Overall, I believe that I made a solid decision in selecting Liberty Fence and I strongly believe that my investment in my fence was very well spent, given all the highest quality product and service that I received. "This is a great company that I wish I found years ago. I needed two 5x4 pvc driveway gates to match an existing fence. They built them for me which I know was not an easy job. They quoted me a great price which was less than what I would have paid for a smaller, plain gate from Home Depot or Lowe’s. The quality was great. If you do not live near this place ( I’m on Long Island) it is worth taking the drive. Do not assume you will get a similar price from a local guy. There is a lot of pricing variation with fencing, and these guys are honest and very reasonable. Like I said, I wish I found them earlier."
