"Robby not only helped me with a complete remodel of my bathroom but also replaced my hot water heater and made a new connection for a washing machine to be moved inside the house while turning the old connection, in an outside shed, into a much needed utility sink. All work was done in Jacksonville, FL at 3235 Hickorynut st. The bathroom remodel was on a very tight time schedule of 4 weeks and a complete gut job. Robby was an absolute professional and able to make the 4 week goal from start to finish. Pricing was very affordable for the remodel, new washing machine connection, utility sink install and hot water heater replacement. Always on time and great communication throughout the project. Call him with your project ideas and plumbing needs and you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend this plumber!"

"I recently noticed that my tankless water heater wasn't providing water as hot as it used to, so I called Water Heater PDQ to investigate the issue. Their response was incredibly fastâ they came out the same day! Their team was extremely knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem: a buildup of mineral deposits in the heat exchanger, which was slowing down the heating process. From the moment they arrived, they listened attentively as I explained the issue. They assured me that it could be fixed quickly, efficiently, and affordably, putting my worries about needing a replacement at ease. I learned that the solution involved flushing the tankless water heater with vinegar, a process that took about an hour. After they finished, my tankless water heater was back to its original performance, providing dependably hot water once again. What a relief! They made the process look easy, cleaned up thoroughly, and left no trace of their work. The technicians were polite, knowledgeable, and neat. I would highly recommend Water Heater PDQ to all my friends and family!"

Plumber was on time. Was well-spoken, courteous, explained what he was doing and why. Did not waste time. Fixed my water heater and was on his way as fast as possible. Would use again!"
