"Well we bought a new dishwasher & my assumption was that the price included installation, but I found out the hard way, on the day of the delivery that installation was not included & even if I pay the delivery guys the cost of installation, they are not authorized to install. I have to call Lowe's & schedule an installation appointment. I was in no mood to wait for another day, so I searched my local community FB page & got Apple Appliances Number (lots of people recommended them). They were at my house in 30 minutes &installed the dishwasher. After the installation the lead technician noticed that the dishwasher was making unusually loud noise during filling of water. I thought it was normal noise since my old dishwasher use to make a lot of noise, but he told me that for this high-end dishwasher it is making too much noise and I should call Lowe's to replace the unit. I was still not sure as I didn't wanted to get inconvenience d, but he convinced me & glad I did. They came again & installed the replaced unit with no extra charge and as the lead technician said, the new unit didn't make any noise. Am so glad I called them & will be calling them for my future needs!"

Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. Obviously, he quoted me for half the price of the back of the truck company WITH the water heater added in. Total work done: replaced furnace and outside unit, replaced water heater, installed water pump, installed 2 EcoBee thermostats. The big name company was ONLY doing the furnace and outside unit. "I kept using them because of the overwhelming fact that everything worked. Usually when you have systems like this installed in your house there is always a call back for something went wrong or they forgot to do something. That did not happen. It just worked kind of like an Apple computer, it just works.

When it came around for a tune up, I thought why not use the people that know they system. They have not disappointed. From my standpoint from just talking to other neighbors that use other services, that Climatic uses top of the line equipment and their selection is good. They presented all sorts of option to me. You can go with a mid line kind of furnace, you can go with a high end kind of furnace "we don't thing you need it but you can. It will fit. It will fit with your humidifier." They had options and they had good ones. They were very precise about things. "You can do this, you can't do this because you know size limitation or code limitations." They just knew their equipment and they knew what would work at that time for a 15 year old house. When a house gets in the double digits you kind of wonder because the stuff the house came with is no longer being used or it has been upgraded or it is no longer available and you have to replace half of it. So it is a pretty frightening concept and Climatic came in and kind of said you have a 15 year old furnace and it was only supposed to last 12. It is an expensive endeavor. They had financing. They made it painless. They really did. They were like we know you don't know about the equipment but we do and here is what we can do."

"Outstanding installation and good pricing for Carrier HVAC (Heat Pump) system replacement. Salesman was prompt and thorough, although he did not provide us any brochures, booklets, etc. Installer was courteous, experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. Took the time to ensure system was thoroughly operational, confirmed electrical requirements and changed breakers accordingly, cleaned up all debris, and explained operation to us. However, since he was new to McCarthy's, he did not have any installation or service stickers or other company material. The sales representative had promised the following to us, included in sales/order form: one year free service, service information and schedule, copy of registration with Carrier. Three months later, we have not received any communication or follow up from McCarthy's -- despite our calling, texting and emailing the sales rep and office. This is our primary concern: the lack of follow up and poor responsiveness."
