I got estimates from multiple places for French Drain install for our backyard that would oversaturate with water (due to design flaw on new build home property) and not only was Superior Landscaping most competitively priced, Troy was totally on the ball with getting the estimate to us right away and even calling to check in with us; whereas it took so long and I had to place multiple calls to get calls returned from other companies! "This work took place eleven months ago, but that gives us the ability to say that everything Kurt’s team planted looks great and is growing nicely, except one bush that is struggling, which Kurt agreed to replace without hesitation. We have been in our house for 22 years, and finally got around to replacing the crummy landscaping and walkway the developer put in. Distinct Landscapes installed a paver walkway, and a complete set of bushes, flowers and a crape myrtle tree. The work was done very well and within budget, and the crew distinguished itself by how well they cleaned up the site. The spacing between plantings to allow for future growth seems perfect. Most of all we like Kurt. He is low-key and friendly, offers solid, knowledgeable opinions when asked, and never applies any sort of sales pressure. We would use Distinct Landscapes again, and recommend them without hesitation."

"It turned out that the sod was defective, having a thin sand base instead of soil. It failed to take root and grow. The sod distributor who sold the defective sod refused to reimburse Looking Sharpe for the cost. Nevertheless Looking Sharpe removed the old sod on my lawn, put down top soil and fertilizer and laid down new sod at no cost to me. Looking Sharpe absorbed the cost of the replacement even though the original failure was not their fault. This speaks very highly of Mr. Sharpe and the integrity of his business."
