Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. "It didn’t go well. They are nice guys, but communication is poor. On any given day, we didn’t know when they were going to show up. Their first attempt (formed concrete) at the repair wasn’t to their liking aesthetically, so they put a layer of brick over it. In the end, it looks ok, but there was a film left on it due to not cleaning the filler off the top of the bricks. It’s about a year later now and the film is still there. (Note that the amount I paid below is just a guess. I don’t remember exactly what it was."
