"It didn’t go well. They are nice guys, but communication is poor. On any given day, we didn’t know when they were going to show up. Their first attempt (formed concrete) at the repair wasn’t to their liking aesthetically, so they put a layer of brick over it. In the end, it looks ok, but there was a film left on it due to not cleaning the filler off the top of the bricks. It’s about a year later now and the film is still there. (Note that the amount I paid below is just a guess. I don’t remember exactly what it was."

He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. They were always friendly and professional. Before hiring Caliber Construction we had received several other estimates from other companies. Leonard's knowledge and know how is definitely what made us choose Caliber Construction. I cannot speak highly enough of Caliber Construction. We will definitely be using them in the future for additional projects."
