They were also very good at giving detailed information on what they are doing, so during the whole project I felt very informed regarding what exactly I was getting in return for my money. Only caveat: during snow plowing season the owner and his wife are very busy driving the plows day and night, so they may be slow to respond to e-mails and voicemails."

He was prompt with every visit and provided estimate when he promised it. We had a little difficulty finishing the project, because the weather would not cooperate - needed dry days in the Spring to finish the sand - but he stayed with us and ultimately got the job done as promised.
