"Juan and his crew did a fantastic job! I had an existing patio that another contractor installed just a few years ago that was in need of repair because it was never done properly. Juan and his crew came in and basically rebuilt the entire patio from the ground up. He even added an outdoor kitchen area to make it even better. Juan and his team also did a great job of not tearing up the existing yard and landscaping with his machinery and equipment. In fact all of the excavation work was hand dug by shovel. We had a few delays because of the bad weather but that can be expected. My wife and I only regret is that we didn?t find NP Landscaping LLC sooner. So the bottom line is, If you are in need of a patio and you are looking for a contractor that does high quality work at a fair price then NP Landscaping LLC is what you are looking for. "I purchased a Spring Clean Up Special for mid May, date dependent on weather. It was a rainy week with our backyard swamped. I recommended they put me off a week for the yard to dry up. I was told the crew works rain or shine & a delay on my part would put me at the back of the line. The 2 man crew arrived and they agreed the backyard was too wet and working it would trench the lawn. I recommended they work the front yard and return to finish the job after a few dry days. The office makes it simple for themselves and considered my job as DONE rather than incomplete.. If I wanted to start from scratch they would allow me to purchase another Spring Clean Up Special rate for the backyard & would be scheduled at the back of the line for mid June. The landscape team was great, the office manager is great, but just be warned that the Company has a policy that doesn't care about following through with their commitment. ."

"We have a long gravel driveway that descends steeply to the road. Like most driveways of this nature, it would wash out with heavy rains. Several years ago Stan reconstructed the base using rounded river rocks. Since then we have had only minor problems. Our neighbor's driveway isn't nearly as steep, and it continues to wash out. <br /> <br /> Over the years I have used them a number of times. They are very reliable and the work is performed very well. They have edged our gardens, renewed patches on our lawn, built a level platform for our tool shed, and provided landscaping materials for a variety of my own projects. <br /> <br /> They have wide assortment of salvaged materials, for instance I recently used some old street paving stones to build a retaining wall. A number of years Stan delivered a truck load of old granite curb stones which I used to build a garden wall. These weighed a ton each. <br /> <br /> Stan's way of operation involves a back-of-the-envelop calculation and a hand shake. Verbal contracts are reason to give pause, but Stan is an honest man and has always made good whenever we have had a misunderstanding.
