He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. "One step at a time, Hillside Home Improvement has been transforming my house. Just a few weeks ago I was worried about my porch collapsing. Thankfully, they do it all. I appreciate the creativity and passion they put into their work, I have a whole new porch, new roof now, new gutters, they got rid of this massive ugly antenna, and they're even helping me in stages with some problems like the chimney was also leaning/want rid of but can't afford everything I need right now, so Don has been supportive and creative so we wouldn't take steps forwards and backwards with that, finalize the roof and cap off the chimney until I'm ready for the rest of the job. "I was able to reach the owner by phone. He arranged for a serviceman to come by, check out the problem, and thoroughly inspect the furnace before making repairs (rather than rely on an earlier assessment by another company). The service charge would be $90.00 and applied to the cost of repair. When the serviceman was delayed, the owner, Greg, stopped by himself. He did not do the complete assessment since he didn?t have his service truck, but he was able to diagnose the problem and did not charge me for that visit. In less than an hour after he left, I received an email with the repair cost including labor. That was followed by an offer to replace the inducer motor the next day. Since the next day was Saturday, we set up a time for Monday. On Monday, Greg called and said he could come a bit earlier if that worked for me. So, today the motor was replaced in about 30 minutes. I would say Coy?s Comfort provided excellent and timely service. Give them a call! Thanks, Greg!!!"

"For a driveway installation: I am satisfied overall. They made the driveway wider than originally quoted, so a happy surprise. They were also very good at giving detailed information on what they are doing, so during the whole project I felt very informed regarding what exactly I was getting in return for my money. Only caveat: during snow plowing season the owner and his wife are very busy driving the plows day and night, so they may be slow to respond to e-mails and voicemails."
