"Tony and his assistant changed out the pipes running from our kitchen sink to the main outflow pipe in the basement, a run of about 35 feet. It was a dirty job, but they were conscientious about getting it done quickly, professionally, and without getting that horrible sewage sludge on things. All new pipes, with better angles and an additional clean out access point for future snaking when necessary. I'll call him again for other jobs."

"I was able to reach the owner by phone. He arranged for a serviceman to come by, check out the problem, and thoroughly inspect the furnace before making repairs (rather than rely on an earlier assessment by another company). The service charge would be $90.00 and applied to the cost of repair. When the serviceman was delayed, the owner, Greg, stopped by himself. He did not do the complete assessment since he didn?t have his service truck, but he was able to diagnose the problem and did not charge me for that visit. In less than an hour after he left, I received an email with the repair cost including labor. That was followed by an offer to replace the inducer motor the next day. Since the next day was Saturday, we set up a time for Monday. On Monday, Greg called and said he could come a bit earlier if that worked for me. So, today the motor was replaced in about 30 minutes. At this point our interaction is becoming terribly uncomfortable Tri-county Electric service employee started to tell me all the discounts he was able to get on new garbage disposal. How much further is Man going to go it became imperative he get him to leave my home. I got him to leave out a bundle of cash but not physically harmed. I ve met a professional riffraff, bamboozler. I wonder if just one worker or the whole company works under these actions To be sure will never go back it s scandalous"
