"The experience of having a roof installation can be stressful. However, the entire team at Jersey Roofing made the entire process easy and calm. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. "I cannot express how pleased I have been working with Elite Work Home Improvement over the past few years. My roof was replaced in December of 2016, and the results were excellent. My most recent encounter was more in-depth because I was getting ready to sell my house. I was sold on Universal being a certified CertainTeed product installer. It is a superior product than what is sold in general big box stores such as Home Depot. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners. I was assigned a project manager Ben, that kept all the work moving at pace as outlined. The workers were all responsible and respectful of me and my plants and property. "They start this Monday installing an entire wall on the north west side of my 2 story home, also the north wall had asbestos shingles about ten of them had to be removed to put a new window in with cement replacements that match the asbestos. They were very quick coming to my home to look over damage from fire in October 2024, they were very professional and honest good guys I am very happy with all that they are doing to help put my home back together. I am 72 years old I use to do this kinda of work and I can tell who's ok or a dud these guys have it together on the ball I feel like I have a lot of weight off my shoulders .I'm not able to handle doing this kinda work anymore because of my age. I would recommend these guys to anyone I know the jobs gonna be just great when I'm they finish it"

We needed to replace the roof on our home, and contacted so many other roofers, and finally came across Hammer Exteriors. Rob from Hammer Exteriors contacted us on a Friday, and made the time to talk on Saturday morning. He looked over our roof, made the measurements, and walked us through the whole process, from everything that needed to be done and how his team was going to completed the whole project. He explained the whole roofing system by GAF, showing us the samples, gave us recommendations and our choice of the shingle colors. We asked how soon he could do the project, and no sooner did he say, â How Wednesday?â On Tuesday, he had his team drop off everything that was needed, and bright and early Wednesday, his teams started the project. Rob was on-site to oversee to make sure everything was excellent and smooth from the breakdown of the old roof to the final completion of the brand new roof that afternoon.
