Due to many unfortunate circumstances, we needed this job to be started and completed in a time-sensitive fashion (started within 7 days). Multiple companies scoffed at our time frame, saying that they could not start and finish a project so quickly. Finally, I found Five Star Painting. Bob at Five Star Painting informed me that he would be able to make an exception due to our situation, despite the current typical start time of 14 days. He made the necessary accommodations and completed the work quickly and at the time that we agreed. The only downside was that the initial paint job was not as clean as I had hoped, with some paint splatters (spots) on the door and window frames and moldings. I called Bob to express my dismay, and he quickly rectified the situation in a timely fashion.
