Called me from house told me what it would cost to repair the damage. He made some suggestions on the repair. I gave him the green light over the phone based on the things we discussed. Cleanup was perfect. A problem was discovered with the type of nails that had been used previously on the plywood; these were replaced at no additional charge for time/labor. I was also able to keep my existing skylights because this crew had the expertise and was willing to spend the extra time and to secure the proper flashing. The team worked until dusk, and Ivan refused to be paid until he returned the following day to determine that not a single nail was left on my property. This company was a pleasure to work with."

"We needed a new lower roof and once the winter weather broke we got put into the schedule and the work was done promptly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. Everyone was very professional, provided us pictures of the damage they fixed and left the property as clean as they found it. Great experience!
