He was on time; professional; told us exactly what needed to be done; how he would do it; when he would do it; and where to obtain/select the stones (that was an extra cost of about $3000 on top of his work) he would install. "Gary Pierrtti designed and installed a curved front brick walkway, an L shaped side brick walkway for our new home last fall. We are delighted with his work and have received so many compliments from our neighbors. Gary just completed a major patio installation for us for our sloped backyard. He put in a curved retaining wall that also serves as extra seating around the fire pit also made out of interlocking pavers. As I was completely overwhelmed with decision making from doing a major demolation/remodel of the inside of the house, my husband and I gave Gary freedom to pick colors and design for the patio project. Who does that? Someone who has used Gary for major projects over the last decade and has always been so happy with his eye for design, color and work. The walkways Gary installed 9 years ago in our old house look as good now as they did when he first did the work. Our lawn was initially all sodded three years ago. However, first thing - he did an immediate and thorough analysis and before I knew it, was applying a full chemical treatment of "weed & feed". Next, he pointed out sections of our lawn where undesirable grasses and weeds had taken root. He provided a full explanation for a long-term plan and controlled maintenance to bring our lawn back to health. So, I have to apologize for my previous hasty review and offer a BIG Thanks to DVH - Great Service. Also to note: there are at least four neighbors within a few houses of ours that are now utilizing their service."

"The pavers themselves look good, but the remaining asphalt still, after 5 months, has very noticeable bits of sand and/or cement scattered throughout which have attached to the asphalt and don't come off. Frank and his crew did come back to try and scrub them not long after the installation, but with little improvement. There were also oil spots left from their machines. They're disappearing somewhat, but are mostly still there."
