"Lots of delays getting started and lots of excuses. Some issues came up after installation and it was impossible to get a return phone call for months on end with many more personal excuses. There are places where the fence is nearly 6" off the ground which would be a huge problem if we had a small dog. The gates look very rustic and cheap. We received a 2% discount at the end but that won't come close to actually fixing the issues. Would not recommend to my neighbors."

"THIS COMPANY IS FOR REAL. THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY FROM THE PRICING PROCESS TO THE INSTALLATION. THEY REMOVED THE OLD FENCE BY PULLING THE POSTS. OTHER BIDS WOULD ONLY CUT OFF THE POSTS AND LEAVE THEM IN THE GROUND. THEIR WORK IS PERFECT. THEY CLEAN UP EVERY DAY AND THE CREW DOES NOT WASTE A SINGLE MINUTE. THEY WERE SHORT A LATCH UPON COMPLETION, BUT THEY CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY - A FRIDAY EVENING - TO INSTALL THE MISSNG LATCH. THE GUYS WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE PLACEMENT OF A POST. THEY REMOVED THE POST AND REPOSITIONED IT. I DID NOT ASK THEM TO DO THIS, THEY DID IT ON THEIR OWN. IT WAS ABOUT 8:45 IN THE EVENING WHEN THEY LEFT. THEY WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A VINYL FENCE YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH BEST. CATHY TAYLOR IS GOOD TO WORK WITH."

"Very down-to-earth. Estimates were timely. Price quotes across the board were good. The timing of installing it was really quick. After making the decision to go with Armitage, the owner was willing to return to finalize the location of the fence after the stake survey was completed. The fence was put in quickly (exactly the timing he promised), straight and sturdy and it looks good for a black vinyl chain link fence. I would definitely recommend Ben Armitage. My only comment is that the gate latch is not as secure as I would like it and the mechanism seems cheap. We have 5 dogs (thus the reason we needed it so quickly after purchasing the house) and one of the dogs was able to get out immediately by gently lifting up the handle and pushing the gate open. So, we need to install a separate latch."

"From the initial contact via phone to the training, this was a great experience!  They were very prompt in scheduling our estimate and consult (which is free).  Curt was VERY helpful and knowledgable and did not try to hard-sell or up-sell us, which was refreshing.  Installation was scheduled for the following week and they were kind enough to move the appointment to an early start time due to a conflict that came up on my schedule.  The installer arrived promptly, helped me determine just the right 'path' for the fence and did a wonderful job on the installation.  Aside from the white flags you can barely see where the fence is buried.  Excellent job!  The installer was awesome when training both of our dogs...very kind and did not try to lure them thru the fence line or pull them thru (which I've heard other companies do!).  Price was very reasonable and we would definitely recommend them! <br />"
