He also installed a new tile bathroom - shower - vanity - toilet, making the most of a small space. He also intalled a new water heater and washer/dryer unit, as well a wall-mounted heater/AC. In another house adjacent, Joe Rossi removed a crumbling stone porch and replaced it with a new stone porch/ steps, with a sturdy metal railing around, getting my property more curb cred. "These guys are fanatic. We were having a renovation done. Our contractor discovered we were getting water in by our old French doors. Due to the unplanned replacement, we needed a door on very short notice. We didn't want an out of the box from a home improvement store, so we saw Royal Windows and doors.
