I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. "The craftsmanship of the work was excellent. Thorough, professional job.  Their bid was on track, although I did ask for extras along the way (such as epoxying the lower 24 inches of the walls, and caulking the wall/floor joints and cinder block areas) -- which meant an extra couple of visits and therefore more labor hours -- which was completely understandable.  I'm very happy with the work, and I will likely use them again for many other jobs at two houses.
