"I called and left a message.  He called me back in a resonable amount of time.  He stated that it could be 2 weeks before he could get to it as it was a small job that he would need to fit in to his schedule when he could.  I stated that would be fine.  He gave me an estimate over the phone based on the square footage of my patio.  He then called me a couple of days later saying he could do the job that Sat. morning, which was great for me.  He came at the appropriate time and quickly did the job. He took his time to make sure he got the sealer in all the cracks and even glued down a piece of loose concrete first.  We are very happy with the job he did.  The patio looks 100% better than it did.

Two story house needed updated landscaping and retaining wall, single story home needed painted but but unable to access due to shrubs. Thorpe Site Solutions was working near by, I asked them to stop and give us a quote. They were professional and personable, we walked the property, they took photos and asked questions about accessibility to different areas. They were up front with concerns about possible damage to existing flower beds and explained a plan to minimize damage to yard from equipment. i requested shrubs be pulled out vs cut off and stumps ground. Within 48 hrs they sent me a quote for each of the jobs. The next week they started work...they worked non-stop x 2 days to complete the work and haul away all of the debris, they level the landscape where there were holes. No regrets, No disappointments! THEY DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB!!"

"Brandon and his crew dug a 3 foot deep 75 foot long ditch for a new water line through a heavily landscaped terrace where a mechanical ditch cutting machine could not be used. I cannot begin to describe all the ways they were thoughtful about the project and careful to preserve the existing landscape. He had to reschedule the first meeting for the job estimate because of a time conflict, but we met the next day. The following day his crew showed up and completed the project in just two day. The ditch location required cutting through hard clay. The company can apparently do many different kinds of projects besides landscaping. I will definitely hire Brandon and his crew again for other projects."
