They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. After removing the old shingles, his men discovered that several boards had rotted and that a couple of rafters needed replacing. All that was taken care of--supervised by Gerry himself--for a tiny extra charge (20 dollars). The roof was replaced in one long day. Cleanup was good.
