He and his crew often told us that if anything wasn't right they would fix it. Chad always responded very quickly to any questions I had either by phone or email. As far as price is concerned, Chad the Painter wasn't the cheapest but cheapest isn't always the way to go. We hope to have his company back for some interior painting in the winter. Very refreshing!"

We did our due diligence and met with several contractors on the same day to obtain quotes for our large painting project. First impressions were that Luis' company would be our top pick given he was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with during our initial meeting.  Before deciding, we gathered all our quotes- BM Custodio sent their estimate back first- and we were pleasantly surprised that his price came in less than the other quotes we received. We contracted them to perform numerous drywall repairs and paint all 3 floors of our home to include ceilings, trim, walls, coffered ceilings, and doors in their entirety!! This was a big undertaking and they did a super job!!
