"If you care about your home, do not use Handyman Connection!! I made a huge, expensive mistake by contacting them. I had quoins that needed to be grouted at the top of my house, and William with Handyman Connection did the sloppiest work grouting. There is cement that dripped out from the quoins because he apparently used too much water while mixing. The cement dried to the bricks on my home and it looks atrocious. They tried sending another company out to fix the issue, and the gentleman said if he used a machine to remove the cement it would break the bricks off my home. He refused to touch the mess William created. See the attached pictures for how a professional did the grouting at the bottom and how William trashed the top. He clearly has no idea what he’s doing and Handyman Connection is doing nothing to fix the problem at this point. Instead of offering a refund and letting me pay another contractor outside of Handyman Connection, Earl, the owner of Handyman Connection, is sending back William, who messed up the project from the start. I did not pay to have expensive stone put on my house for this unqualified company to mess it up. After putting off coming to fix the issue for a couple weeks, William cancels today when he was supposed to come over to fix it today. He is so unprofessional and I am disgusted with this company in their work. I have been dealing with this issue for so long without resolution. Handyman Connection offers horrible service and terrible work. Never again would I call Handyman Connection to do any project on my home."

"Ben showed up to provide estimate for services. Ben was the only person from the companies I contacted who conducted a Manual J calculation to determine my homes needs. This is the main reason I selected this company. On the day of installation, Josh and crew arrived on time and quickly got to work. The placed all sort of floor protection mats in my house and get the tear out done very quickly. As the tear out was happening, one member of the teams was taking care of the duct work changes in our attic. All in it was full day, but so far, two days later we are super happy. This summer we will really know if the 2-stage AC was worth the money for our needs. We are satisfied customers so far would recommend and would use them again."

Always on time and very professional. Did a great job on the install and I love the system Can't even hear it run. They worked and listened to me on ideas I had on what I wanted to have done, and we worked well together to come to a final solution that worked, as some of the ducts was hard to install. "Our experience with Logan Services was very disappointing. I told Andy (the Logan salesperson) in person and in writing that we would like to keep our analog thermostat, instead of getting a new, smart thermostat (we already have a smart thermostat for an existing system, and we prefer the analog functionality). He said of course. On installation day, the installer informed me that the new system required a smart thermostat. So we had to accept a new, smart thermostat. The detailed quote Andy provided for the replacement of our A/C and heating units included a manufacturer rebate and tax credit that would be refunded to us after the installation. The system we selected would be eligible for a $1400 rebate and a $1200 tax credit on our 2024 return. Three days after our installation, the Logan office called to follow up on the new system. I asked at that time how I could claim the manufacturer's rebate, because there wasn't a form or application in any of the paperwork I received. I was told that Logan would apply for the rebate and I should receive it in 6-8 weeks. It is now more than 8 weeks later, and I have not received anything from Trane. Now Logan claims that the rebate must have already been applied to the cost of our system. This is not true. The price Logan quoted remained the same from the original quote to the final invoice, and it did not include a deduction for a rebate. I do not recommend doing business with Logan."
