"I had used this company in the past and was impressed with the professionalism and competency of the owner, Sam, so I had called them to schedule a furnace tune-up. It was easy to set up a time on a day that I was available. On the day of the scheduled service, Sam phoned to see if he could come early, as someone else had canceled. It turned out that I had just gotten back to my home, so it worked out well. He used covers on his shoes before walking on the hardwood floors and performed his work without any events. He found that the A/C water line was leaking onto (and somewhat into) the front of the furnace and sealed the leaking pipe for me. That's an above and beyond, and appreciated. He also recommended that I purchase a larger filter, since I have a cabinet that will accommodate one. I asked if he cleaned ducts, but he said no, and suggested a company I could call. I had anticipated paying $79, but when I made the appointment, he said there was a special for Angie's List customers for $59, so he charged me $59. I appreciate professionalism, honesty, and competence, and Sam shows all. I will use his services again."

"Very good service at a fair price. Service Manager Nick gave no pressure options for my situation. I elected for a new install which was performed within two days. Nick was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and concerns. Joe and Kaleb did an amazingly good job integrating the new furnace. Thrown together old systems now look like one streamlined unit. It doesn't just "work," it was put in with some craftmanship (HVAC art). Will definitely continue to use this company."

Always on time and very professional. Did a great job on the install and I love the system Can't even hear it run. They worked and listened to me on ideas I had on what I wanted to have done, and we worked well together to come to a final solution that worked, as some of the ducts was hard to install. "From my 1st phone call to ask about the services they provide and costs to when RJ & Walker left I've been completely satisfied. My appointment time was from 1-3 and they showed up right at 1pm. RJ & Walker both walked up to me and introduced themselves with a firm handshake.  We toured the house looking at all the vents and air returns along with the furnace. Then RJ fully explained what he would be doing and the Walker explained what he would be doing. They answered all of my questions.  About 30 minutes before completing the job, RJ asked me to come downstairs and he showed me all the dirt and stuff that came out of the vents. He showed me how he closed up the intake points he had to make in the duct work. They removed the equipment and everything was put back as it was and left clean. The entire time RJ & Walker stayed productive, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having them in my home to complete this service."

"Easy scheduling via the website. I was able to select the type of service needed and then was shown a list of times available (a 3 hour window).
Robert called about 20 minutes before he showed up to verify what needed to be done and when he would arrive. I quickly talked him through the issue and said there was a chance he might need to leave to get another part once he checked the line. I appreciated that he let me know up front what the process would be.
Once he was here, he was very professional and fixed the problem area in a short amount of time.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Last winter our old furnace wasn't working properly. Called Hauser and they came to our house within 2 hrs as furnce not working and very cold. Heat exchanger bad in an old furnace. Got quotes on 3 different furnaces that night and it was installed the very next morning! Since installation their service has been 5 star. Highly recommend Hauser Heating & Air."
