They ended up doing it in two sessions because of ground moisture and when the regular skid steer wouldn't work because of moisture Jason arranged to have a track loader finish the job. I didn't pay for any of the job until it was all complete. I am now ready for grass seed in time for planting season. I am very happy with the work they did and the cost!
