We got a free estimate of the job, and the price was less expensive than all the other options, and we shopped around a lot! <br /> <br />We hired them to reline our cracked chimney flue with a poured concrete product. When they arrived to do the job, it ended up taking four separate days to complete, two more visits than expected to finish up some patch work that was difficult to access, but in the end the chimney is relined and they honored the original price quote. There were a few things that I didn't communicated that I wanted and he couldn't read my mind- like putting the new flooring in the closets... it doesn't look bad and I hadn't communicated that I wanted it, and I wish I had seen or looked at my lowe's cabinet order because I would have noticed the outline on the cabinets that I didn't want- but those were all my fault(I never have seen a receipt) but he was very efficient and I hope he will come do more projects in the future.. I really appreciated his professionalism and promptness. I even had a cabinet door fall off 6 months later and he was here the next day to secure it!! Very impressed!!"
