Mr. Alexis was very responsive from AAM and came immediately the next day and he placed a temporary cover on the shed and removed the tree limb as courtesy services. This is a very gracious act that AAM did that to the customer when we are NOT even the customer. "Not well!! Would NOT recommend Kevin with McToolman! He was hired on a sub-contractor basis to install crown molding and used wrong nails (too long) that punctured holes in my AC freon line and a waterline. These were expensive repairs and he is claiming "no fault". Contractor and several others surveyed damaged and confirm he is at fault, plus their are clear pictures proving so. For someone that guarantee's his work, he is running from this "at fault" claim. Can only wonder how many other times this has happened. Look elsewhere for your service needs."
