"The flooring in my kitchen was sagging and I had concerns about the pier and beams under the house. I called Westtech foundation repair on a Tuesday and they were able to come out on the following Thursday, so very quick service. Adam was the first person that came to inspect the foundation. He saw some foundation issues but the subfloor in the kitchen was not a foundation issue. He let me know that Thomas (one of the owners) is a general contractor and could still help us get it repaired. Thomas was able to come over the same day and do another inspection of the kitchen floor. He said he had a carpenter he works with on a regular basis that can do the work we needed. He set up his carpender to fix the kitchen subfloor and Thomas fixed the issues with the beams under the house one week after the inspection. Very quick repair time. After they started removing the damaged subfloor the damage had spread further than intially thought. Although the damage meant more materials and labor Thomas was very fair and reasonable on price for the additional work. The repair on the foundation and the subfloor replacement took 3 days and it looks amazing. Thomas, Adam, and his crew are very professional and I will definetly use them again."

"<p>George came down to Crane on Friday morning after a call Thursday afternoon. I called for an estimate. He made no mention of any trip charge or additional charge due to the remote location. He said he would have a crew down here on Monday, and he arrived with his crew on time as promised. He and I walked the property with his crew while he pointed out everything that needed to be done, once. His crew didn't need any repeats or explanations.</p> <p>His crew started immediately, refused any water/food offered, and worked (with a lunch break) straight through the business day. They estimated that they'd be done the next day, and they were.
