Light fixture was cheap, but service man complained and should've denied work, instead hung and it fell 2 hours after he left, breaking the fixture. Service man stated that they normally don't do estimates. He walked through house but gave no estimate, told him it was OK to call me back or email estimate. Emailed them 2 months ago and secretary told me that service man would call me, never did. Tried 3 times to get them to give estimate, she never stated about not giving estimates. won't use them again."
