"UBISELEC was great and professional! Came out to fix a fan and also ensured additional problems don’t arise in the future. A very respectful and knowledgeable professional. Definitely will use again."

"The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The contractor communicated with me on his status and arrived on time. He cleaned up the area after he was finished and hauled away the debris. He asked me if anything was left undone and repaired the areas that were missed. He had a good attitude and was pleasant to talk to. The cost was reasonable. I would use Gain Construction again."

"project completed and very personal repair man and knowledgeable"

"Very well. Worked hard. Was easy to deal with. Up front price from some pictures i sent. And price descent for the amount of work."

"He had a group of guys came over, and did it in a day. He protected my house, because squirrels were going in the roof, and the tenants could here them walking on the roof. Put the sheet metal there, around the soffit area, and the squirrels never got through the roof again. The went around the hole house, so the squirrels couldn't sneak in. Got it done, and saved my tenant."
